The Febe Anti-Violence Centre is one of the La Crisalide in Rete Foundation’s local service points dedicated to welcoming, listening to and supporting women who are victims of violence. The Centre is a stable point of reference, offering specialist support and personalised pathways out of violence.
The CAV works in a network with social services, law enforcement, the judicial authorities, health services, schools and the social sector.
Accredited with the Social District S05 Salerno–Pellezzano, Febe is not limited to the District’s boundaries: it is open to women from Salerno and the entire province.

The Centre runs a dedicated help desk at the “Le Guide” Cavalry Regiment, open to both military and civilian personnel, to ensure confidential, professional access to support.
A confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. Our staff welcome each woman, listen to her story and work with her to build the pathway that suits her best.
Using nationally and internationally recognised tools, the Centre assesses the risk and draws up a personalised safety plan.
Individual pathways to process trauma, rebuild self-esteem and reshape life plans.
Information on rights and protections, support through civil and criminal proceedings and in dealings with the judicial authorities.
Help accessing local health, social, educational and administrative services.
Protection and support for children who are victims of witnessed violence, in collaboration with the relevant services.
A plan for personal, housing, social and economic independence: career guidance, training and development of skills.
In high-risk cases, protection in Safe Houses at secret addresses, with continuous support.
A dedicated help desk at the “Le Guide” Cavalry Regiment, for military and civilian personnel, with confidential, professional access.
Staff can be reached by phone or WhatsApp 24 hours a day, working in a network with law enforcement and health services.
The Febe Anti-Violence Centre works to prevent and combat all forms of male violence against women, promoting pathways towards protection, independence and full participation in social life.
Although accredited in Social District S05, it aims to be a point of reference for all women in the Salerno area, overcoming territorial, social and cultural barriers.
Through prevention, awareness-raising and training, it helps spread a culture founded on respect, equality and recognition of women’s rights.
