Training

Up-to-date skills for high-quality services

The La Crisalide Foundation considers ongoing training essential to guaranteeing high-quality services for women who are victims of violence and their children. Working in Anti-Violence Centres and Safe Houses requires specific, constantly updated skills.

Staff training is also a requirement under Campania Regional Regulation no. 1/2016. For this reason, the Foundation regularly organises training activities, seminars, workshops and supervision sessions.

Training course for anti-violence workers

La Crisalide organised the course “The anti-violence centre: professional perspectives”, aimed at those who wish to explore these issues in depth and possibly train to join our team.

In accordance with current regulations, the course comprised 120 hours of theoretical and practical training on gender-based violence, with particular attention to its psychological, legal and social dynamics.

Course details (poster, description, photos) will be published here, as with events.
